Overview
"Maintenance mode enabled" banner
Maintenance Mode temporarily blocks all regular users from accessing Farseer while a super user performs system maintenance. When enabled, non-admin users see a blocking screen instead of the application.
Enabling & Disabling
Only super users can enable or disable Maintenance Mode. The toggle is located on the Input Setup page in the top action bar.
Click "Enable Maintenance Mode" to activate it (button appears in red)
Click "Disable Maintenance Mode" to deactivate it (button appears in green)
What Users See
When Maintenance Mode is active:
Regular users see a full-screen blocking message: "Maintenance mode is currently enabled. Please wait or contact your administrator for more information." A Retry button lets them check if maintenance has ended.
Super users can continue using the application normally. A red "Maintenance mode enabled" banner appears at the bottom of the sidebar as a reminder.
