Logging In

To access Farseer, you need a license created by your organization's Farseer administrator. Once your license is activated, you'll receive:

  • A direct link to your environment (e.g., yourcompany.farseer.io)

  • Your initial login credentials (email and temporary password)

On your first login, enter your email and temporary password. Farseer will prompt you to create a new password — this becomes your permanent login credential.

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Follow the instructions in the reset email

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're having trouble signing in, check the following:

  • Correct credentials: Verify your email and password are correct. Check that Caps Lock and Num Lock are not accidentally activated.

  • Correct URL: Make sure you're using the environment URL provided by your administrator (e.g., yourcompany.farseer.io), not a generic Farseer URL.

  • Browser issues: Try a different web browser or an incognito/private window to rule out cache or extension conflicts.

  • Still stuck: Contact your Farseer administrator, or reach out directly to [email protected] with details about the issue.

If your account has access to multiple Farseer workspaces, you can switch between them without logging out.

Click your name at the bottom-left of the sidebar to open Profile & Settings. Select Switch workspace to see a submenu listing all available workspaces sorted alphabetically, with a checkmark next to the currently active one. Click a different workspace to switch to it.

This option only appears if your account is associated with more than one workspace.
